Wrestling with God in the Dark

An illustration pilgrimage

I make illustrations about faith, doubt and the Bible. Art for seekers and skeptics.

Join the Pilgrimage

Receive my monthly art letter with original artwork and reflections for anyone who has ever searched for God in the dark.

Each month, I choose a passage from the Bible and wrestle with it through reading, questioning and drawing. You'll receive the story behind the journey, a short reflection, and a free printable artwork to keep.

The drawings behind the journey

I make playful, sometimes strange, sometimes serious illustrations inspired by the Bible. Here are some of the places the pilgrimage has taken me.

Still searching?

Once a month I follow a Bible story, wherever it might lead... questions, doubts, discoveries and drawings!

About the pilgrimage

I'm an illustrator exploring my own relationship with Jesus through art.

This is a personal spiritual project. I'm following a thread and sharing what I find along the way. If you're curious, doubtful, searching, or simply interested in the drawings, you're very welcome to follow along.

I also have a background in teaching, and I'm always happy to hear from people who have questions about the project or the artwork.

Additionally you can keep up to date with my latest drawings on my instgram.
